Workshop Description:  This workshop will inspire you to permanently change your relationship with sugar, and turn your life around through the power of healthy eating. Have you experienced the feeling that eating just a little sugar creates the desire for more? Like most Americans today, you may be addicted to sugar. This is an opportunity to finally control what you eat and drink, not through willpower or discipline but by understanding what causes those uncontrollable cravings -- and knowing that you can reduce them naturally over time.

“Stress Buster” Wellness Workshop

Age Range:  Adult or Teen

Workshop Description: Stress is now a part of hectic daily lives; it has almost become a status symbol, competing with each other on who is the most stressed. Joking aside chronic or on-going stress is dangerous affecting all of our organs and cells and leading to all sorts of health issues. The good news is that we can equip ourselves to better cope with and minimize the stress in our lives. This workshop will look at what stress does to our bodies but more importantly will take you through some steps to build resilience to ’bust that stress' and to keep in optimum health.

"Prime-Time Health"

Age Range: Adult

Workshop Description: Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan for feeling young and living longer.While this program is for all audiences, it focuses on the 40-50 year olds who are in the prevent mind-set and the Prime Timers who are in the repair mode. It is designed to help participants understand how their body changes during the Prime Time years, prevent disease and help each body system age in a healthier way, enjoy more restful sleep, sharper thinking and memory, less stress, cut their risk of cancer and the "highs" of high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol. It is designed as a series of four, 90 minute classes: Open Your Internal Pharmacy, Make Health Your Hobby, Move Waste from Your Waist, and Live Without Pain & Inflammation.

"Mental Health and Coping in the Face of Uncertainty"

Age: Adult or teen

Workshop Description: We are in an unprecedented time – many lives have beenturned upside down. Millions of people are struggling financially, emotionally and physically. 

So, how do we best cope in this time of uncertainty and added stress? Everyone handles stress in times of uncertainty differently.

Mental Health in face of Uncertainty focuses on stress and resilience, identifying stress triggers and the impacts stress has on the body. We focus on and tips and ideas to generate personal action to manage stress during uncertain times. 

Webinar Length: approximately 40 minutes

“Detox Your Body For Beginners” 

Age Range: Adult

Workshop Description: If you have never done a detox before and wondering if you should, then this class is for you. Learn why detoxing matters, how to tell if you need a detox and how you can fit it into your busy schedule. Will review the mistakes most detox beginner’s make (that you can avoid!) and how to choose the detox that’s right for YOU and your body.
