My Story

My name is Michelle McIlvoy and I'm a Master Certified Health Coach, wellness educator, and Certified Personal Trainer who teaches busy people how to stay energized, reduce fatigue and improve their overall health and outlook on life. Using the principles of clean eating, self care, and mindfulness, I help clients take the mystery out of healthy living while having fun making the transition to a healthier lifestyle. I live in San Antonio where I provide group and individual coaching, and facilitate corporate and community Wellness Workshops.  I help people change their relationship with food and experience lasting results.

I have been happily married 28 years and am the mother of 5 children. We have lived all over the world including Asia and Europe while my husband was active duty Air Force. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition school as well as a Master Certified Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Additionally, I am certified through the American Council on Exercise and I have a BS degree from Texas A&M University.

My mission to provide holistic, science-based health coach training. We will focus not only on the food you eat, but also your lifestyle. My client-centered approach educates you on the four pillars of health: lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition.
Together we will address the principles and processes of change including decisional balances—weighing the pros and cons of making a health behavior change, self-efficacy — your confidence to make and sustain changes and temptations to relapse, as well as discuss various actions to perform to make behavior changes.
